ABOUT OUR COLORS AND FINISHES

Our selection includes thirteen paint colors and two wood stains.
A dark cherry stain marked as C-1, and a toasted maple stain marked as T-1
Other colors are coded "B" for blue, "R" for red, "G" for green, "W" for white and "Y" for yellow.

ORDERING AND FINISHES

AL and WM fixtures: The following metal parts, { arms, candle plates, chain, canopy and screw loop }, may be finished in black satin paint.
All hanging fixtures include canopy, screw loop, mounting hardware, two feet of chain and three feet of wire. Additional wire and chain are available on request.
BR fixtures are Antiqued Brass only.
Wood turnings and metal center bodies are available in all paint colors and may be finished in solid grained or distressed paint.

WHEN ORDERING PLEASE SPECIFY

MAIN COLOR: grained, stained or distressed.
TRIM & BANDING are optional. All paint finishes are end coated with an antiquing glaze.
TRIM COLOR: solid or washed.
BANDING COLOR: gold or black.

Painted, distressed center bodies are available on all AL and WM models. Our distressed finish closely replicates the layered crusty paint found on many antiques. This finish is available in main and trim combinations, with optional gold or black accent banding. Examples appear at the right portion of the color samples.

The Bast Rd. Collection is a line of residential lighting made entirely in the USA
All fixtures carry the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. label and listing number.
All metal parts are aluminum or brass and are available in black satinor painted finish.
All wooden parts are made of northern hardwoods and are painted, stained and glazed in many standard colors.
Fixtures are supplied with two feet of chain, screw loop, and canopy. Mounting hardware included.
All models are shipped via U.P.S. With A $19.95 shipping charge in the Continental US ***Please note...5% Sales Tax will be added for all orders shipped to Vermont.

RETURNS AND WARRANTS

We will promptly replace any product that is defective in material or workmanship. A Return Goods Authorization number may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at 802-394-7715. This R.G.A. Number MUST appear on any package returned to us.

CLAIMS

All fixtures have been pretested and delivered to the carrier in good condition. All claims for breakage, whether apparent or concealed, should be reported to the delivering carrier. Keep original packing and carton until claim is settled. Please inspect and count all packages. Record any damage or shortage in the shipment on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Report any unnoticed or concealed damages not later than 15 days from the date of receipt.
